AI stands for Artificial Intelligence, even the words seem exciting. There are three types of AI, one is weak and narrow, the second AI is general and strong, and finally the third AI is super Artificial superintellegance, and so far we have only deveopled the narrow AI. People all around the world consistently keep updating about this specific topic. So far there has been no independent thinking AI that we know of yet, in fact there may never be. And the time it is now there have been prototypes of AI’s such as Alexa and Siri but those are the types that follow instructions and code and don’t really have thinking. Roboticists in our Generation are nowhere near creating an AI that can create original ideas, communicate properly with humans or even reason.
Of course its not only roboticist and scientists are intrested in AI but people have been making movies and AI technology is a common pop culture topic.If you ever saw the movie Terminator, it's a perfect example of what could go wrong if humans do create AI with its own independent thoughts of course it is science fiction.
